11 Traffic lane guide
When traffic is directed by overhead guides the lights mean the following:
The red X-shaped light indicates that using the lane is prohibited. The flashing yellow arrow-shaped sign indicates that the light is about to turn red, or that the lane ahead is closed.
A vehicle in a lane like this must move in the direction indicated by the arrow onto a lane which is showing a green light. If there are two flashing yellow arrow-shaped lights showing, the vehicle must be moved in one of the directions indicated by the arrows.
A green light pointing downwards indicates that using the lane is permitted.
